Pricing

The Prices on our Website may differ from prices that are available at various retail outlets that stock SR by Sonali Raman. Further, the prices may vary from country to country for the same product. Prices shown on the Website are subject to change without prior notice. These prices only reflect the MRP and do not include shipping and taxes, which may be extra as applicable.

All Duties & Taxes for international orders will apply as per the rules of the shipping destination and will be borne by the customer.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in Our catalog may be mispriced. If We discover mispricing, We will do one of the following:

If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, We will charge the lower amount and ship You the item.
If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, We will, at our discretion, either contact You for instructions before shipping or cancel Your order and notify You of such cancelation.

Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by Sonaliraman.com.

With respect to items sold on Sonaliraman.com, We charge Your credit card before Your order has entered the shipping process. If, for any reason, We cannot ship You the products as per Your order, We will inform You electronically and refund the value of the products not available.

The price of Our merchandise, as mentioned on Sonaliraman.com, is the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) for the said product. Applicable taxes may be charged depending on the destination where the order has to be shipped. Rangeen Dori for Trading and Decoration reserves the right to collect taxes and/or such other levy/ duty/ surcharge that it may have to incur in addition to the regular taxes it may have to pay.

Payment

While availing any of the payment method/s offered by Us, We are not responsible or take no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to You, including but not limited to the following: (a) lack of authorization for any transaction/s; (b) or exceeding the present limit mutually agreed by You and between Your “Bank /s”; (c) or any payment issues arising out of the transaction; (d) or decline of transaction for any other reason/s.

All payments made against the purchases of Products/Services on Sonaliraman.com by You shall be as against the MRP displayed on the Website and shall be as per the terms and conditions of the third-party Online Payment Gateway Services as adopted and applicable to Your transaction as approved by Rangeen Dori for Trading and Decoration. Before shipping Your order to You, We may request You to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Government-issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by You for Your purchase. This is done to ensure a safe and a foolproof online shopping environment for our Users.

Rangeen Dori for Trading and Decoration may employ third-party facilities for Payments on the Website. Use of such third-party services will be governed by their User Agreement, Seller Terms, Conditions, and other rules and policies as may be required and applicable to the nature of Your activities.

Shipping

Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate Rangeen Dori for Trading and Decoration for the cost of processing your order, handling, and packing the products you purchase, and delivering them to you. Processing the order normally takes 2 business days and Shipping usually takes 5-7 business days.

We will send an email confirming Your order and may contact You to confirm this before shipping the products. We are also happy to track Your shipment and provide You with any assistance You may require post-ordering.

We aim to keep every item on our website in stock. If there is an item that You purchase and then We realize this item is not available, We will promptly update You within 2 business days of Your purchase and fully refund your money for the out-of-stock item.

We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if You wish to order several items and ship them to different people, please treat these as separate orders. We cannot ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case the delivery address includes P. O. Box details in any part or form. Please get back to Us by email if the courier is not delivered to you in the specified time.

All applicable import duties and clearance fees are the customer’s responsibility and will need to be paid by the customer on the receipt of the shipment. If tax and duties apply, You may need to pay these to release Your order. Also, local customs may require additional information to clear Your order. These rules vary by country. Your local government determines duty and customs charges.

Packaging

We take utmost care to pack all orders safely and securely in our handstitched 100% cotton, zero-dye fabric bags. In an effort to achieve zero waste, We upcycle our scraps of fabrics by making bag handles. Our bags are designed to be reused by our customers. Our jewelry pouches are made from unbleached cotton, with stitching in our signature house color and closures with handmade cords.

Delivery

We try our best to ship our pieces to you within 5-7 business days. The shipping time for customized orders and out-of-stock products would, however, be longer, and We will keep you posted about the approximate delivery date post-ordering. These delivery times are subject to location, distance, and Our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help You track a package through Our partner courier services.

We use international companies for shipping and are bound by their reach and coverage. In case Your address is in a location not served by them, We will contact you to find an alternative solution to ship Your orders on time.

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as Your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to both retail and wholesale customers).

We have no control over these charges, and We will not be able to tell you what the cost would be, as Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact Your local Customs Office for current charges before you order so you know what to expect in terms of additional charges, if any.

Rangeen Dori for Trading and Decoration will make its best efforts but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if Rangeen Dori for Trading and Decoration fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if You fail to take the delivery of the goods, Rangeen Dori may charge You for additional shipping costs at its discretion.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Sonaliraman.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to You upon our delivery to the carrier.

Return and Exchange

Every SR by Sonali Raman is made to the highest of standards. The textiles used in Our collection are natural and, sometimes, hand or block printed or embroidered. Minor irregularities in print and fading of natural dyes are not defects. Our jewelry is entirely handmade, and any irregularity in the hand embroidery is not a defect but adds to the uniqueness of the piece.

We have made every effort to display the colors of Our products that appear on this website as accurately as possible. However, computer monitors vary. We cannot guarantee that Your monitor’s display of any color will match Our physical product exactly.

As We do not provide exchanges or returns for incorrectly ordered sizes, We request You to go through our Size Guide carefully to ensure You order the correct size. Almost all of Our garments are constructed in either free sizes or in loose, anti-fit styles which suit all body types.

Rangeen Dori for Trading and Decoration shall make all endeavors to deliver defect- free products to the purchasers. As We invest a lot of love and care in each of our pieces, as a company policy, We do not allow return or exchange of our products except under the following circumstances:

The Product Has Manufacturing Defects Or Stains. Exchange Only. No Refund.

Terms and Conditions for exchange, only if the product has manufacturing defects or stains.

The defective and/or damaged goods so received shall be communicated to Rangeen Dori for Trading and Decoration within 48 hours of receipt. Any communication received after 48 hours of delivery shall not qualify for an exchange.
In all cases, the product returned should be unused, and all tags and the original packaging should be included in the shipment. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. We require all original papers to be returned with the product. For all exchanges, the shipper (You) must make claims for packages lost or damaged in transit.
We also ask that in your communication regarding the defect/stain, please include photographs of the areas of concern in your email.
An exchange for damage is allowed only once per item.
Custom-made orders cannot be exchanged or returned.
Merchandise on discount or sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
You will bear the cost of shipping the product back to us.
We will take care of the shipping when We deliver your corrected item.
Rangeen Dori for Trading and Decoration reserves all rights to inspect the product’s condition before processing any exchanges. We will compare the photographs sent by you of the areas of concern with the returned garment; if the garment does not match the conditions seen in the photographs, it will be sent back to You at your cost.
If the returned garment matches the condition seen in Your photographs, Your exchange will be issued within 5-7 business days, depending on the time of the year.
Rangeen Dori for Trading and Decoration is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of Our control, such as weather. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled.

Order Cancelation By Rangeen Dori For Trading And Decoration

Due to unavoidable circumstances, there may be instances when an order having been validly placed may not be processed or capable of being dispatched. Rangeen Dori for Trading and Decoration reserves the exclusive right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in Your order being canceled shall include limitations on quantities or fabrics available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department, or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We will contact You if all or any portion of Your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept Your order. If Your order is canceled after receiving Your payment, the said amount will be reversed into Your Account/ to the source of the payment within 30 business days.

Force Majeure

Force Majeure will include any war, civil commotion, strike, governmental action, lockout, accident, epidemic, or any other event of any nature or kind whatsoever beyond the control of Rangeen Dori for Trading and Decoration that directly or indirectly hinders or prevents Rangeen Dori for Trading and Decoration from commencing or proceeding with consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby. You expressly agree that lack of funds shall not in any event constitute or be considered an event of Force Majeure.

Disputes & Arbitration

Any dispute relating in any way to Your visit to Sonaliraman.com, or to products You purchase through Sonaliraman.com shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Qatar, except that, to the extent You have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Sonaliraman.com’s intellectual property rights, Rangeen Dori for Trading and Decoration may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court in Qatar, or internationally, and You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

You and We agree to the following dispute resolution process for any legal controversy or legal claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the Website, any subscription to the Website or any other aspect of Our relationship (“Subject Legal Claim”).

To help resolve any issues between Us promptly and directly, You and We agree to begin any arbitration within 15 days after a Subject Legal Claim arises; otherwise, the Subject Legal Claim is waived.

In an attempt to find the quickest and most efficient resolution of Our issues, You and We agree to first discuss any issue informally for at least 15 days. To do that, please send Your full name and contact information, Your concern, and Your proposed solution by e-mail to Us at SR@sonaliraman.com. If We should need to discuss an issue with You, We will contact You Using the e-mail or mailing address on Your Account.

If We do not reach an agreed-upon solution after Our discussions for at least 15 days, You and We agree that any Subject Legal Claim that either of Us may have must be resolved through binding individual arbitration in Qatar.

There are two limited exceptions to this Dispute Resolution and Arbitration provision: (a) either Party may pursue in small claims court any action that is within that jurisdiction, as long as the case proceeds on an individual basis only; (b) either Party may seek to enforce its patents, trademarks, copyrights or trade secrets in an appropriate state or federal court.

You and Us also agree to arbitrate in each of Our individual capacities only, not as a representative or member of a class, and each of Us expressly waives any right to file a class action or seek relief on a class basis.

Jurisdiction and Choice of Law. Any claim relating to, and the Use of, this Website and the materials contained herein is governed by the laws of the state of Qatar. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Doha, Qatar.

Assignment. You agree that this Agreement and all incorporated agreements may be automatically assigned by Us at Our sole discretion. You cannot assign this Agreement without Our written consent.

No Waiver. Our failure to act with respect to Your or others’ breach does not waive Our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.

Survival. Clauses “COPYRIGHT,” “DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITIES,” “INDEMNIFICATION,” “REVIEWS,COMMENTS,COMMUNICATIONS, AND OTHER CONTENT,” and “DISPUTES AND ARBITRATION” shall survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement.

You acknowledge that You have read these terms, understand the terms, and will be bound by these terms. You further acknowledge that these terms, together with the Privacy Policy, represent the complete and exclusive statement of the Agreement between Us and that it supersedes any proposal or prior Agreement, oral or written, and any other communications between Us relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
