Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate Rangeen Dori for the cost of processing your order, handling, and packing the products you purchase, and delivering them to you. Processing the order normally takes 2 business days and Shipping usually takes 5-7 business days.
We will send an email confirming your order and may contact you to confirm this before shipping the products. We are also happy to track your shipment and provide you with any assistance you may require post-ordering.
We aim to keep every item on our website in stock. If there is an item that you purchase and then we realize this item is not available, we will promptly update you within 2 business days of your purchase and fully refund your money for the out-of-stock item.
We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you wish to order several items and ship them to different people, please treat these as separate orders. We cannot ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case the delivery address includes P. O. Box details in any part or form. Please get back to us by email if the courier is not delivered to you in the specified time.
All applicable import duties and clearance fees are the customer’s responsibility and will need to be paid by the customer on the receipt of the shipment. If tax and duties apply, you may need to pay these to release your order. Also, local customs may require additional information to clear your order. These rules vary by country. Your local government determines duty and customs charges.
We take utmost care to pack all orders safely and securely in our handstitched 100% cotton, zero-dye fabric bags. In an effort to achieve zero waste, we upcycle our scraps of fabrics by making bag handles. Our bags are designed to be reused by our customers. Our jewelry pouches are made from unbleached cotton, with stitching in our signature house color and closures with handmade cords.
We try our best to ship our pieces to you within 5-7 business days. The shipping time for customized orders and out-of-stock products would, however, be longer, and we will keep you posted about the approximate delivery date post-ordering. These delivery times are subject to location, distance, and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track a package through our partner courier services.
We use international companies for shipping and are bound by their reach and coverage. In case your address is in a location not served by them, we will contact you to find an alternative solution to ship your orders on time.
You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to both retail and wholesale customers).
We have no control over these charges, and we will not be able to tell you what the cost would be, as Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local Customs Office for current charges before you order so you know what to expect in terms of additional charges, if any.
Rangeen Dori will make its best efforts but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if Rangeen Dori fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, Rangeen Dori may charge you for additional shipping costs at its discretion.
