Every SR by Sonali Raman is made to the highest of standards. The textiles used in our collection are natural and, sometimes, hand or block printed or embroidered. Minor irregularities in print and fading of natural dyes are not defects. Our jewelry is entirely handmade, and any irregularity in the hand embroidery is not a defect but adds to the uniqueness of the piece.

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on this website as accurately as possible. However, computer monitors vary. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will match our physical product exactly.

As we do not provide exchanges or returns for incorrectly ordered sizes, we request you to go through our Size Guide carefully to ensure you order the correct size. Almost all our garments are constructed in either free sizes or in loose, anti-fit styles which suit all body types.

Rangeen Dori for Trading and Decoration shall make all endeavors to deliver defect- free products to the purchasers. As we invest a lot of love and care in each of our pieces, as a company policy, we do not allow return or exchange of our products except under the following circumstances:
